The Injectors Table is the room you wished existed after every industry event where the only honest conversation happened on the way out.
A series of intentionally small gatherings for injectors and clinic owners with limited seats at a time, in rooms worth travelling for, where practitioners trade the unfiltered stories of clinic ownership. No panels. No pitching. No performing success at each other. The venues change, the faces change, but the idea never does: the room you call when you're alone in the clinic shouldn't have to be built alone.
-

Net-worthing
You're not here to work the room.
You're here to sit with people who already understand the work and leave with connections that turn into referrals, ideas, and partnerships. -

The Experience
Seats are assigned with intention: practitioners at a similar stage, with similar goals, so the room learns from one another. Shared food, good drinks, thoughtful details at every turn.
-

The Strategy
A working session, not a talk.
Guided questions on pricing, positioning, and the decisions that keep you up at night and you go home with a written action plan.

What is The Injectors Table?
The Injectors Table is a recurring series of curated events for injectors and clinic owners, held at a changing line-up of venues throughout the year.
Each event is a working room built around a single table. A small, hand-picked group of practitioners, a shared experience, and conversation guided across the day by a host who has built a clinic from the ground up.
Seats are applied for rather than bought, so every room is filled with people at the right stage to contribute, and to benefit.
-
Running a clinic is a quiet kind of solitude. You're the most senior person in your business every day, and the people in your life rarely understand the specifics of what you carry.
Network is net worth. The Injector's Table exists because that solitude is optional, and because the strongest businesses in this industry are built beside people, not in spite of them. One table at a time, it's building the network this profession never had.
Success here isn't the biggest following or the most branded clinic. It's exceptional work, a profitable and sustainable business, and the discipline to protect your time, your margin, and your sanity. The Table is for the practitioners who already know that.
-
Every table is set for a particular kind of injector, and you will recognise yourself here if you are already generating consistent revenue and have reached the point where the next stage of growth needs more than working harder. You have carried the business largely on your own so far, and you are ready to stop figuring everything out in isolation. What you want is genuine relationships with your peers rather than another room of surface-level networking. You think of yourself as building a clinic, not simply performing treatments, and you are ready to step into the owner's seat and lead the business rather than only run the diary.
-
You will leave with a room of practitioners who know your name, your business and the challenge you arrived with, along with a reason to stay in touch well beyond the day. You will leave with a sharper perspective on the one issue that has been quietly taking up more headspace than it should, and direct strategic input on the challenges, opportunities and decisions that surface throughout the day. You will also leave with greater clarity on the few changes that would make the biggest difference to your business over the coming months, and a goody bag from trusted brands.

Asked Questions
-
The Injectors Table is a small, curated gathering for aesthetic injectors and clinic owners, hosted by Piril Sideras. Fifteen practitioners around one table, cooking together, eating together, and having the honest conversations about clinic ownership that rarely happen anywhere else. There's no stage, no selling and no pitching — just a room of people doing the work, talking openly about what actually moves a clinic forward.
-
Practitioners actively building a clinic or aesthetics business — whether you're a year in or running solo, what matters is that you're building, not coasting. You should be at a stage where you can both give and take from the conversation, and genuinely ambitious about growing your business. We curate each Table so every guest can add value to the room and take value from it.
-
We gather at Enrica Rocca, a family-run Italian cookery school in Notting Hill, for around four hours. The day begins with welcomes and drinks, before the group cooks family-style, building a feast together. We then sit down to share the meal we've made and talk — about pricing, retention, teams, growth, burnout, and the quieter parts of running a clinic. Conversation is hosted gently by Piril and shaped around what matters most to the people in the room.
-
Every seat is confirmed by application. The form takes a few minutes and helps us understand where you are in your journey, what you're working on, and what you're hoping to take from the day. Each application is read personally by Piril, and you'll hear back within five working days regardless of the outcome. If you're accepted, we'll email you next steps to confirm your seat.
-
No — and that's intentional. The room is deliberately small, and we curate the composition of each Table so that every guest is seated with peers at a comparable stage, and so the conversation genuinely works. If you're not offered a seat this time, it's rarely a reflection of you and almost always a reflection of the shape of that particular room. We keep every application on file, so you only need to apply once to be considered for future Tables.
-
Everything for the full experience: the hands-on Italian cooking session at Enrica Rocca, dinner and drinks around one table, The Injectors Table workbook, and a goody bag to take home.
-
A seat at the Table is £347, inclusive of the full experience — the cooking session, dinner and drinks, the workbook and your goody bag. If your application is accepted, you'll have 48 hours to confirm your seat by completing payment.
-
Neither. There are no treatment demonstrations, no lectures and no sales pitches. It's a table — built for the conversations behind the treatment room: building a business, leading a team, making confident decisions, sustainable growth, and balancing ambition with real life. Guests agree to house rules before attending, including no hard-pitching or selling to other guests, during or after the event.
-
The next Table is Sunday 27 September 2026, from 5pm, at Enrica Rocca in Notting Hill, London. Fifteen injectors and clinic owners around one long table. The first Table, in July, sold out within a week — so if you know you want to be in the room, we'd recommend applying early. Joining the waiting list gives you priority access before applications open publicly.
-
That's exactly how most guests arrive. The application helps us seat you with practitioners at a similar stage to yours, and the format — cooking and eating together — does the rest. Guests from the first Table left with new people in their corner and a group chat that's still going. You'll arrive among strangers and leave among peers.
