The best medics in aesthetics don’t compete.
They collaborate.
By application only. Every request is personally reviewed.
our brand partners
A few times a year, we bring a small group of medics in aesthetics together around one long table. The venues change with the seasons and the faces change with every Table. The idea stays the same: the business side of aesthetics should feel as clear and confident as the clinical side, and nobody should have to work it out alone.
The most important conversations happen around a table.
-

The Table
A sit-down meal built around three questions: who you are, what you are good at, and what you need help with to make the next twelve months count. Then we introduce you to the person at the table who can help.
-

The Experience
A hands-on experience shaped by the season, away from the clinic. Every detail is considered, from the table styling to the gift bag you take home.
-

The Working Session
Phones away, full focus. A working session on the business, shaped around the answers our guests share in their applications. Every guest leaves with one thing to put in place the next morning.

What is The Injectors Table?
The Injectors Table, hosted by Piril Sideras, is a series of small gatherings for medics in aesthetics, held at venues across London throughout the year. Each Table seats between fifteen and twenty guests.
Every Table follows the same rhythm: a seasonal experience, a working session on the business, and a sit-down meal where introductions are made for a reason. Seats are by application, so every room is filled with people who will give to it as much as they take from it.
-
Most of us spent years in multidisciplinary teams before aesthetics. The clinical work came quickly. The business side arrived with nobody beside us, and patients can’t hear it, home doesn’t always understand it, and the industry is watching.
The Injectors Table exists so that part is shared. Network is net worth, and there are more than enough patients for all of us.
Success here isn’t the biggest following or the most branded clinic. It’s beautiful work, a business that runs on thoughtful systems, and a life with room for everything else.
-
The Table is for doctors, dentists, nurses and pharmacists making aesthetics a real career rather than a side thought. You might be in your first year, seeing a handful of clients from a rented room while you plan to reduce your NHS hours. You might be a few years in, fully booked, with the whole business living in your head. Or you might be established and ready for what comes next, with plenty to share with the people coming up behind you.
Each room brings all three together on purpose. You do not need to own a clinic to apply. What matters is that you are building, and that you want the business to feel as confident as your clinical work.
-
One thing to put in place the next morning, and a clearer view of your business and the systems behind it. Introductions to people at the table who are strong exactly where you need support, and a group that carries on long after the day. And a gift bag from brand partners who share our love of the finer details.

Piril Sideras
Pharmacist Independent Prescriber and Clinic Founder
Piril spent a decade as an NHS clinical pharmacist, always part of a multidisciplinary team, before moving into aesthetics eight years ago. The clinical side came quickly. The business side she learnt largely on her own, and it was the first time in her career she had worked without a team around her.
Once the systems were in place, her own medic-led clinic in Essex grew into a multi award-winning practice. She sits on the Advisory Council of the Regenerative Aesthetic Medicine Institute (RAMI).
The Injectors Table is the support she wishes she’d had when clients first started coming through her door.

Medics making aesthetics a real career, whether you are in your first year or several years in. The Table is open to registered doctors (GMC), nurses (NMC), dentists (GDC), pharmacists (GPhC) and HCPC paramedic prescribers, and we check every registration before a seat is offered. We plan each room so every guest can add to it and take from it.
-
We begin with a welcome and drinks, then a hands-on experience that changes with each season. Next comes the working session: phones away, full focus, shaped around the answers our guests share in their applications. We finish around one long table for a sit-down meal, where each guest shares who they are, what they are good at and what they need help with. Piril hosts throughout and makes the introductions.
-
Every seat is confirmed by application. The form takes a few minutes and tells us where you are, what you are working on and what you hope to take from the day. Piril reads every application personally, and you will hear back within five working days. If you are invited, Piril will be in touch first, then Gei, our Event Manager, will email you the next steps to confirm your seat.
-
Applying doesn’t guarantee a seat, and that is intentional. Each room is kept small and planned with care, so the conversation works for everyone at the table. If this Table isn’t the right fit, it is almost always about the shape of that particular room. We keep every application on file, so you only need to apply once to be considered for future Tables.
-
The seasonal experience, food and drinks, the Table booklet, a gift bag from our brand partners and the working session.
-
A seat is £347, one price for every guest, returning guests included.
-
Seats are non-refundable, because each Table is planned around the guests sitting at it. Let us know at least 7 days before the event and we will transfer your seat to a future Table.
-
It is a working table. The focus is the business behind the treatment room: systems, numbers, confidence, leading a team, and a life with room for everything else. Every guest agrees to our house rules before attending, including keeping selling away from the table, on the day and afterwards.

Friday 13 November 2026, in London. Venue details are shared with every guest once their seat is confirmed. The first Table was fully booked within a week, and the waiting list hears about every new date before applications open publicly.
-
That is how most guests arrive. Your application helps us seat you thoughtfully, and the shared experience does the rest. Guests from previous Tables left with people in their corner and a group chat that is still going. You arrive among strangers and leave among friends who truly understand this industry.

No. Many guests work from a rented room, from home, mobile or inside someone else’s clinic. What matters is that you are building a business in aesthetics and want it to feel as confident as your clinical work.
